Believe it or not, my room was very clean, I could smell the linen being washed and maintenance men were in the ground renovating. My check-in was very nice and overwhelming affordable.I ask for privacy and that is what I got.I even got a courtesy wake up call an hour before check out without asking.great.The Television had all of the premium channels...no extra charge.wow.My check out amazing with a refund of my deposit.The only con......The stigma of the area before the clean up of the neighborhood. Great job Budget.

It was a nice stay for the night. It's in walking distance to many convenience stores , taco stands, street vendors and a Mexican restaurant right next to it. The room was large and spacious, clean and a Roku TV. The night clerk was friendly and helpful. Whenever I'm in the Austin office area, I will definitely go back there. It was great for less than $75

The service is really good. We didn't have towels in our room so we informed them. The cleaning ladies kept on saying sorry to us. It was so impressive even though we were not upset at all. The room is clean. We were just two but we got a room for four (two queen beds) with the cheapest price. It is a non-smoking place so it was good for a smoking allergic person like me. Recommended!

Very nice place to go if need a room immediately. Personal somewhat harsh but for a good cause its Location is in a shady part of Austin. Quiet, people don't bother anybody. Wifi good in certain rooms others aren't. Weekly or just a few days this establishment meets your needs.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. A friend and I stayed an entire week and never had a single problem with this motel. You do have to pay a down deposit and pay for the entire stay up front If you get a room that has a microwave and a refrigerator but for the price, that’s really not that bad. The price for the rooms are very low and the rooms are very nice for the price. I would also like to note that the other people staying there were nice. No one ever gave me a problem.
